Job Description: • Perform calculation and simulation on Powertrain components and systems.• To define loads and boundary conditions for components/systems• To be able to mesh components with required quality (tetra, shell).• Virtually verify components/systems• Optimize components/systems to reduce weight/cost.• To provide input to concept, component and system selection.• Interact with global design team – take inputs, run analysis, write and present technical reports Qualifications and Requirements • Mechanical Engineering Graduate or Post-graduate• Experience in Fatigue analysis, Vibration analysis, Static analysis. Preferably in Powertrain domain – Engines, Driveline (Axles, Gear boxes, etc.)• Software skill required: Ansys APDL, Abaqus and ANSA Automation skills - Using Python or any scripting• Good understanding of Powertrain technology, materials knowledge, awareness of powertrai
