The Associate Manager 2 (AM2) – AR Follow-Up is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Receivable (AR) Follow-Up function within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.



This role ensures timely resolution of outstanding claims, drives team performance, maintains client service levels, and identifies process improvement opportunities to maximize collections and reduce AR ageing. The incumbent will lead a team of AR professionals, ensure compliance with organizational standards, and support operational excellence through data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
Manage and oversee AR Follow-Up operations to ensure timely resolution of unpaid claims.
Monitor team productivity, quality, and collection performance against established goals and client expectations.
Ensure compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Drive operational efficiency through effective resource utilization and process optimization.
Act as the first level of escalation for process-related, client-related, and people-related concerns.
