What would you do? Accenture partners with a global technology client to deliver its multi-year Sales Transformation agenda, equipping commissionable sellers across APJ, EMEA, PRC and AMR regions.



Within the Sales Excellence function, the Sales Incentives team is accountable for compensation plans that are aligned to strategy and job roles, market-competitive and motivational, and consistent, transparent and simple. This role supports the day-to-day administration and configuration of the Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) tools, helping ensure incentive compensation is calculated, validated and reported accurately each cycle. Working under the guidance of senior team members, the Analyst executes configuration, testing and reporting tasks, supports the monthly commission close, and builds subject-matter familiarity with commission plans and calculation logic. • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or Engineering. • 3+ years of relevant experience, including demonstrable ICM / incentive compensation delivery. • Hands-on experience in ICM tools config
