About the role: This is a full-time, on-site role as a Client Servicing Executive located in Bengaluru. As a Client Servicing Executive at AdCrest, you will be responsible for building and maintaining solid client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring the successful execution of advertising campaigns. The Client Servicing Executive will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams.

Collaborate with clients to gather campaign requirements, objectives, and preferences, translating them into clear briefs for the creative and production teams.
Work closely with internal teams such as creative, design, copywriting, and production, ensuring that client expectations are met and campaigns are executed flawlessly.
Present campaign proposals, strategies, and creative concepts to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments to align with their vision.
Monitor the progress of ongoing campaigns, tracking key performance metrics and providing regular updates to clients.
