Job Summary
We are looking for a competent Parts Order Analyst for our Aftermarket Parts Distribution division. This role will be responsible for managing dealer/customer orders,



handling customer problems with professionalism and skill to deliver exceptional Customer Experience.
What You Will Do:
1. Verifying and managing Backorder details with respective Dealership / regional customer services
2. Building rapport and communicating on a regular basis with the appropriate facility and process partner contacts on order status and details while developing an understanding of expectations for a given dealer as best as possible.
a. Hold periodic or as-needed meetings/calls with respective dealers , network customer services staff and expediting teams to address/clarify issues and questions and to stay current on ordering processes, part status and/or system updates.
b. This may require some flexibility in hours to accommodate dealer discussions.
3. Engage Engineers, Product Groups or Technical resources for guidance as appropriate
4. Initiate weekly/monthly call to provide update on the order
