Job Title: GTM Consultant / GTM Project LeadExperience: 8-15 Years
Primary Skills & Expertise:

Extensive hands-on experience with GTM (Global Trade Management) implementationsEnd-to-end project management and delivery of GTM solutionsStrong understanding of trade compliance, customs, and related trade processesTechno-functional expertise in GTM modules

Preferred Skills & Expertise:

Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, BI Publisher XML, MS-Office toolsBasic understanding of OTM (Oracle Transportation Management)Experience with integration layers such as OIC, Boomi, MuleSoft, SOA

Roles & Responsibilities:
GTM Implementation & Management:
Lead and execute end-to-end GTM projects (minimum of 3 successful implementations)Manage project accounts, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and client satisfactionConfigure GTM modules and manage upgrades, including new feature rollouts
Stakeholder Interaction & Communication:
Maintain daily communication with clients and stakeholders for project updates, requirements, and change requestsGather customer requirements,



understand supply chain business processes, and translate them into functional specifications
Technical & Functional Configuration:
Configure GTM modules such as Trade Compliance Management, Screening, License Management, Customs Filing, Trade Agreements, and Incentive ProgramsCreate and manage agents, saved queries, custom actions, screen sets, user preferences, and workbenchesUnderstand and support integration with ERP systems like EBS, JDE, Fusion, SAP via OIC, Boomi, MuleSoft, or SOA
Process & Documentation:
Develop and enforce standards and processes for project executionPrepare test data, conduct internal and user acceptance testing, and support go-live activitiesDocument project deliverables, configurations, and functional specifications
Support & Continuous Improvement:
Manage quarterly GTM upgrades and incorporate current featuresProvide post-implementation support and troubleshooting
