MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field, or
equivalent practical experience.
* 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming
languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
* 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
* 1 year of experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models
(LLMs), AI evaluations, training, or models.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Experience collaborating in a globally distributed product and engineering
team.
* Excellent communication skills across engineering, product and business
domains.
* Implementing and customizing structural execution patterns like ReAct (Reason
+ Act), Tree of Thoughts (ToT), and Plan-and-Solve loops, giving models the
cognitive scaffolding to break down vague goals into deterministic DAGs
(Directed Acyclic Graphs).
