Description:
Leadership & Management:
o Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration,



and continuous improvement.
o Oversee the entire lifecycle of product customization and configuration to ensure alignment with customer specifications and business objectives.
o Manage and optimize the sustenance engineering processes to maintain the product's reliability and performance.

Product Development & Customization:
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, and Customer Support, to understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements.
o Drive the design, development, and deployment of customized solutions, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
