About HealOS
HealOS builds AI agents for US medical practices — AI scribe, front-desk receptionist, benefit verification, prior authorization, fax/referrals, and billing. Specialty practices across the US run on our agents daily across dozens of EHRs. This is a founding GTM hire working directly with the founders.

The Role — Solutions Engineer / Demo Engineer (GTM)
Your mission: every demo is technically flawless, tailored to the prospect's specialty and EHR, and closes the credibility gap with US clinical buyers. You sit next to sales and own the technical side of every deal.

What you'll do
Run or co-pilot every sales demo with a specialty-specific script — a cardiology demo is not a psychiatry demo
Maintain demo environments per specialty with realistic synthetic patients, payers, and denial scenarios
Own pre-call discovery: prospect's EHR, clearinghouse, payer mix, call volume — and write a fit assessment before anything is promised
Answer security and compliance questions (HIPAA, BAA, SOC 2, data handling) confidently, without escalating to founders




Feed lost-deal technical objections back to product every week

How we'll measure you
Demo → pilot/close conversion rate
Demo incident rate (broken flows, wrong data, dead air) — target zero
% of demos that convert without a founder in the room

What you'll need
Exceptional spoken English — you'll present live to US physicians and practice owners daily; skeptical clinical buyers must find you credible. This is a hard requirement and the first thing we screen. (Your first interview round is a live mock demo in English.)
2+ years in a solutions engineering, sales engineering, product demo, or implementation role at a healthcare SaaS / health-tech company — RCM or practice-operations background strongly preferred over generic SaaS
Working knowledge of US healthcare: EHRs, payers, prior authorization, clearinghouses — or demonstrated ability to master domain vocabulary quick
Comfortable with technical Q&A;: integrations,
