We're hiring: Key Account Management (KAM) Intern — Quick Commerce & E-commerce

We're looking for a sharp, organised Key Account Management Intern to join us in Gurgaon (in-office, full-time) and support our Quick Commerce and E-commerce team. You'll work closely with platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart, and Nykaa helping us grow visibility, sales, and efficiency across every one of them.

This is a hands-on seat at the table where real revenue decisions get made, with direct exposure to how a D2C brand actually scales on marketplaces.

What you'll do:
Support day-to-day account management across quick commerce and e-commerce platforms
Track and organise purchase orders (POs) — from raising and following up, to reconciliation and fulfilment tracking
Monitor stock availability, listing health, and pricing across platforms, and flag issues before they become problems




Assist in planning and executing on-platform advertising (Blinkit Ads, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.) to drive visibility and conversions
Track key growth metrics — sales, market share, ad spend and ROAS, stock-outs, ratings/reviews — and turn them into explicit, actionable reports
Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, finance) and external platform POCs to keep operations running smoothly
Support in claims, deductions, and invoice reconciliation with platform partners
Research competitor activity, pricing, and promotions to spot opportunities

What we're looking for:
Understanding of how quick commerce and e-commerce platforms work — listings, ads, promotions, and what actually drives growth on them
Comfort with numbers and spreadsheets — you should be able to build and read a report without hand-holding
Highly organised, with the ability to track multiple POs, timelines, and platforms without dropping the ball
