About the Role
The Product Education & Enablement team at JumpCloud is a high-velocity, tech-forward organization focused on driving immediate product adoption and reducing time-to-value. We support JumpCloud’s rapid innovation cycle by transforming complex product updates into engaging, hands-on learning experiences. Our team sits at the center of new product features, enhancements, and Go-To-Market (GTM) motions, leveraging a modern content stack that includes AI utilities,



interactive simulations, and micro-learning to empower both our internal field teams and external customers.

What you’ll be doing:
GTM & Feature Enablement: Partner directly with Product Managers (PMs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate new product features, enhancements, and GTM motions into explicit, high-impact technical enablement materials.
Digital Content Creation: Build and launch modern, responsive courses using Articulate Rise, maximizing core LMS features to create optimal, trackable learning paths for different audiences.
Simulation & Video Production: Create highly interactive, self-paced simulation content using Navattic alongside crisp, engaging video tutorials and screen recordings built in Camtasia.
AI-Driven Acceleration: Routinely utilize generative AI tools like Claude to draft scripts, brainstorm content structures, build assessments, and accelerate content iteration cycles to k
