Senior Datawarehouse Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Data Engineer to join our data organization. This role combines hands-on technical work with people leadership responsibilities, including managing direct reports. You will play a key role in shaping how we build, scale, and evolve our data platform while building and mentoring a high-performing team.
The Role
Serve as a Technical Lead within the Enterprise Data Warehouse team, providing strategic technical direction and hands-on expertise in designing, building, and optimizing scalable data solutions
Act as a mentor and coach to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and innovation
Drive the adoption and implementation of AI-powered data solutions leveraging Microsoft Fabric or similar up-to-date data platforms to enhance enterprise analytics capabilities
Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, data scientists, analysts, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality data products that support organizational objectives
Champion best practices in data engineering, including data modeling, ETL/ELT pipeline development, and data governance within a cloud-native environment
