UnifyCX is growing, and we're looking for a strategic and results-driven Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment function in India.

In this role, you will oversee the talent acquisition strategy and execution across our three India sites, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent to support our continued growth. You'll lead a high-performing recruitment team, partner closely with business leaders, and drive cutting-edge hiring strategies that align with organizational objectives.

What You'll Do

Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce plans.
Partner with the VP of Operations – India and the Global VP of Talent Acquisition & People to anticipate hiring needs and support business growth.




Analyze workforce trends and hiring forecasts to proactively address talent gaps and develop scalable recruiting strategies.
Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives.

Team Leadership

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
Establish clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and development.
Implement best practices and innovative sourcing strategies to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.

Talent Acquisition

Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
Design and execute sourcing strategies for both high-volume hiring and specialized talent acquisition.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with recruitment agencies, universities, professional organizati
