Job Requirements
Ø Month wise Production Plan @ Plant wise considering the Production Route wise capacities & plans in pipe to meet Brand wise Market wise production commitments as per Monthly S&OP; meeting.
Ø Interaction with key supplying agencies to optimised matched set formation basis the SLA delivery performance
Ø Feeding Matched sets as per Assembly capacities plant wise cluster wise for the optimised daily output.
Ø Exploring alternates components for minimising mismatch sets, liquidation for inventory optimization
Ø Required Performance report as per the schedule

Work Experience
Ø DME
Ø Understanding of ERP (SAP) systems especially PP & MM modules
Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power point
Ø Capacity planning for Watch Assembly
Ø Understanding of Supply Chain and Costing Process
Ø Positive team management and development
Ø Effective Communication Skills
Ø Interpersonal Skills and Influencing multiple diverse stakeholders
