Role & Responsibilities
As a Program Manager III,



you will lead a program of complex, cross-functional projects focused on product development, cost optimization, and design standardization across globally manufactured products. You will drive program strategy, execution governance, and stakeholder alignment to deliver measurable business impact.
Own and manage programs/projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities, financial targets, and strategic objectives
Establish program governance, including planning, execution frameworks, risk management, and performance tracking (scope, schedule, cost, and quality)
Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, sourcing, operations, quality, service, and global R&D; to deliver high-impact outcomes
Drive Value Analysis / Value Engineering (VAVE) programs to identify and implement cost optimization opportunities while maintaining product quality and compliance
Deliver measurable business impact, including ~$1-2M+ an
