Key role responsibilities
Product Development & Technical Leadership: Lead system-level design and development for refrigeration and air-conditioning products, defining product architecture and aligning solutions with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and business objectives.
Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with designers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, firmware engineers, product management, manufacturing, and quality teams to develop and launch high-quality air conditioning, chiller, heat exchanger, and filter fan products.
Technology Innovation: Drive research and development of vapor-compression systems, explore emerging technologies, and implement creative design approaches that influence the broader technology roadmap.
Analysis, Simulation & Validation: Provide technical direction for calculations, analyses,



simulations, specifications, and validation strategies, including test planning and qualification to internal, industry, and regulatory standards.
Engineering Excellence: Mentor early- and mid-career engineers, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and product scalability.
qualifications and experience
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline, with 10+ years of HVACR industry experience focused on system-level design and product development for refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.
Refrigeration System Design: Proven expertise in fixed- and variable-speed vapor-compression systems, including system architecture, component selection, and performance optimization.
