Position Overview:
Gathers detailed hardware and software inventory information to facilitate decisions about purchasing, allocating, replenishing and retiring IT assets. Contributes to asset lifecycle management and helps ensure the effective and efficient use of allocated hardware, software and associated infrastructure. Enforces compliance with corporate security policies, licensing requirements and technology deployment standards. Coordinates with system support, networking and other personnel to ensure the effective and effective management of company assets.
Role Summary
Responsible for supporting Howden's CMDB operations and building, maintaining, and validating ServiceNow service maps. Ensures CMDB data quality, accurate CI relationships, service visibility, and alignment with CSDM standards while supporting operational, governance, and compliance requirements.
