Role Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering IBMS and security system projects in Mumbai. This role requires a balance of project management discipline and practical execution experience across installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project execution for IBMS, CCTV, ACS,



and related security systems from kickoff through handover.
Plan project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure milestones are achieved on time.
Coordinate with customers, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to support smooth delivery.
Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and final acceptance activities at site.
Track project quality, safety, documentation, and compliance with agreed specifications and standards.
Prepare and review project reports, commissioning records, handover documents, and site progress updates.
Identify project risks and support timely issue resolution to keep execution on track.
Support customer communication throughout the project lifecycle and ensure a qualified handover experience.
