Requirements

Degree holder in Urban Studies, Urban Planning, Real Estate or related discipline;
Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in town planning or related field (Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role Town Planning Graduate);
Familiarity with the statutory planning system and other statutory procedures and regulations in Hong Kong;
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Assist in submitting and handling S.12A, S.16, S.16A and S.17 Applications;
Assist in conducting site appraisal, planning research, and feasibility studies to identify sites for potential development;
Assist in submitting and handling STW, STT, land grant,



land exchange applications and other land-related matters; and
Assist in liaising and coordinating with other built environment professionals, consultants and Government bodies on planning and land-related projects.
