About the Role:-
Ccube is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our end-to-end marketing function and build a robust brand presence across India and the US. This is a high-impact role for a strategic, hands-on marketer who can drive digital growth, generate qualified leads, strengthen brand positioning, and collaborate closely with the CEO's Office, Sales, HR, and Operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing
Develop and execute quarterly and annual marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Build and strengthen Ccube's brand presence across India and the US.
Establish marketing processes, SOPs, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
Partner with Sales, HR, Operations, and Leadership to drive business growth.
Digital Marketing & Demand Generation
Lead SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, email marketing, website optimization,



and social media initiatives.
Improve website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and inbound lead generation.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing spend for maximum ROI.
Present actionable marketing insights and performance reports to leadership.
Brand & Communications
Own Ccube's brand messaging across digital platforms.
Manage PR initiatives, awards, media relations, speaking opportunities, and corporate communications.
Drive employer branding initiatives in partnership with HR.
Content & Personal Branding
Develop and manage a high-impact content calendar including thought leadership, case studies, success stories, videos, and product marketing content.
Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to produce compelling marketing assets.
Build and manage executive and leadership branding on LinkedIn.
Leverage AI tools and emerging content trends to create engaging, high-performin
