BACKGROUND AND UNIT SUMMARY




The Talent Acquisition team is within the Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility Department, providing end-to-end General recruitment support. The Senior HR Assistant, Recruitment provides high-quality operational and analytical support across the full recruitment lifecycle. The role ensures the accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of recruitment processes while delivering excellent service to candidates, hiring managers, and HR colleagues. The position requires strong operational discipline, data integrity, confidentiality, cultural competence, and proficiency across HR systems and recruitment operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment Case Management & Operations
•Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring compliance with WBG policies and standards.
•Partner with hiring managers to align timelines and processes while coordinating end-to-end recruitment
