Job Summary

Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Staff Nurse Head to lead the nursing team and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate should have robust clinical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to oversee daily nursing operations while maintaining healthcare quality and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the nursing team.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and nursing practices.
- Monitor patient care plans and support clinical decision-making.
- Prepare nursing duty rosters and manage shift allocations.
- Train, mentor, and guide nursing staff to enhance clinical performance.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and hospital policies.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments for smooth patient care.
- Monitor nursing documentation and maintain accurate patient records.
- Manage nursing supplies and coordinate inventory requirements.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
- Address patient concerns professionally and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment.





Eligibility

- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing (M.Sc. Nursing preferred).
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant nursing experience, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
- Experience in IVF, maternity, women's healthcare, or hospital settings is preferred.
