– Staff Nurse

Position: Staff Nurse

Department: Nursing Services

Reporting To: HR Head

Qualification

- Mandatory: GNM or B.Sc. Nursing

- Valid Delhi Nursing Council (DNC) Registration Certificate

Experience

- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a recognized hospital.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide safe and quality nursing care to patients.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

- Monitor patient condition and promptly report any changes.

- Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation.

- Assist doctors during examinations and procedures.

- Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and biomedical waste management protocols.

- Maintain patient confidentiality and effective communication with patients and the healthcare team.

- Participate in Code Blue, Fire Safety, Disaster Management, and mandatory hospital trainings.

- Adhere to hospital policies, SOPs, and NABH standards.

Required Skills

- Positive clinical and communication skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Team player with a patient-centric approach.

- Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
