- Collaborating with doctors and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

- Educating patients and their families about health management and discharge planning.

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, or equivalent nursing diploma.

- Previous nursing experience in a hospital setting is advantageous.

- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are a plus.
