Job Title: R&D; Manager

Location: Peenya, Bengaluru

Experience: 5–8 Years

We are looking for an experienced R&D; Manager to drive product innovation and process improvements in the Steel, Modular Kitchen, and Furniture Industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product development, material research, and manufacturing process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and improve products, materials, and designs.
- Research market trends, current materials, and competitor products.
- Optimize manufacturing processes for quality and efficiency.
- Work closely with design, production, and supplier teams.
- Ensure product quality, compliance, and industry standards.
- Drive innovation and sustainable product development.

Requirements

- 5–8 years of experience in R&D;/Product Development.
- Experience in Steel, Modular Kitchen, or Furniture Industry is mandatory.




- Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and product development.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
