Key Responsibilities

- Support NPD quality activities from development to SOP.

- Review customer drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.

- Prepare APQP & PPAP documents for customer submissions.

- Develop PFMEA, Control Plans, and inspection documents.

- Coordinate product trials, dimensional inspections, and sample submissions.

- Handle customer quality concerns and ensure timely resolution.

- Perform root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone.

- Coordinate with Design, Production, Tool Room, and Process teams for corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements.

- Support internal and customer audits.

Required Experience & Skills

- 13 years of experience in NPD/Customer Quality in an automotive plastic parts manufacturing company.

- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.

- Hands-on experience with Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Profile Projector, and VMM.

- Good knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.;

- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
