Key Responsibilities

1.

Product

Introduction &

- PID Management

- Create and manage Product Introduction Documents (PID) with complete product specifications and launch timelines

- Coordinate SKU lifecycle including Limited Edition (LE RSKU) to regular SKU (RSKU) transition

- Collaborate with Master Data teams to initiate and track SKU creation

- Consolidate inputs from cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply, Regulatory, Finance)

- Define launch milestones, dependencies, and risks

- Perform PID data validation and ensure alignment with demand forecasts and SKU hierarchy

2. NPD Project Coordination (Product Changes / Recent Launches)

- Coordinate end-to-end execution of New Product Development (NPD) and product changes

- Set up system prerequisites (PLM/MDM readiness, master data validation, documentation)

- Conduct project kick-off meetings and assign ownership across workstreams

- Manage phase-in and phase-out strategy for product portfolio

- Track execution against timelines, resolve issues, and manage RAIDD logs

- Monitor production, delivery, and trade readiness

- Provide status updates in governance forums

Artwork

Management (Packaging &

- Compliance)

- Develop artwork briefs based on marketing, regulatory, and supply chain inputs

- Coordinate with suppliers to create packaging artwork

- Review iterations and ensure compliance with quality, legal, and brand standards

- Manage approval workflows and obtain Good to Print status

- Ensure final artwork is approved and released to production teams

4. Bill of Materials (BOM) &





- Material Master Management

- Create and validate central and local material codes in MDM/PLM systems

- Develop and maintain BOM structures for new products

- Ensure BOM completeness, accuracy, and compliance with master data standards

- Collaborate with supply and sourcing teams to resolve BOM gaps

- Handle local market BOM customization and planning parameters

- Support partial BOM approvals and final BOM release for production

Product

Delisting &

- Lifecycle Closure

- Coordinate SKU deactivation across systems and ensure complete removal

- Manage regulatory and compliance closure activities

- Ensure financial reconciliation including pricing, contracts, rebates, and returns

- Track and resolve delisting-related issues via governance frameworks

- Provide closure updates and archive all product lifecycle documentation

Key Skills &

- Competencies

- Strong understanding of NPD lifecycle / supply chain processes

- Experience in MDM, PLM, SAP (or equivalent ERP systems)

- Knowledge of SKU management, BOM creation, and master data governance

- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills

- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and timelines

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (issue tracking, RCA)

- High attention to detail and data accuracy
