Job Title: International Non-Voice Process Executive

Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for an International Non-Voice Process. This prospect is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who possess excellent written communication skills and are willing to work in US night shifts.

Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers:

- Any Graduate (2024, 2025 & 2026 pass-outs can apply)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in US night shifts

Experienced Candidates:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process or International Chat/Non-Voice Process
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Good typing speed and written communication

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through chat and email in a professional manner.




- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns within defined timelines.
- Maintain quality standards and productivity targets.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.

Salary:

- Freshers: Up to 4.0 LPA
- Experienced: Up to 5.0 LPA

Shift Details:

- US Night Shift
- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week Offs
