Required Skills

- Non-IT recruitment experience mandatory
- Experience in consultancy/staffing industry preferred
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Positive sourcing skills through Naukri, LinkedIn & job portals
- Experience in screening, interview coordination & follow-ups
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
- Manufacturing hiring experience will be an added advantage
