- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across multiple functions.
- Understand hiring requirements from business stakeholders and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Handle salary negotiations and prepare competitive compensation offers aligned with company policies and market standards.




- Analyze candidate CTC structures, expected salary, and percentage hike while maintaining internal compensation guidelines.
- Coordinate with HR, hiring managers, and business leaders throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure timely hiring.
- Manage external recruitment vendors, monitor their performance, and ensure quality candidate submissions.

Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness. Apply to: [email protected]
