- Patient Safety and comfort is the whole and sole responsibility.

- Takeover of night duty in detail.

- Regular monitoring of working conditions of all the equipments.

- Follow NISED Policy.

- Every fortnight audit needs to be done on medicines in stock, consumables and non- consumables.

- Everyday checking of the crash cart and make sure that all medicines are available.

- Maintaining below checklist on day-to-day basis:

a) Oxygen cylinder b) Suction c) Fridge d) Crash Cart e) ECG machine f) Patient monitors g) Any other Bio medical equipment

- Routine check on the facilities provided by the hospital for patient comfort like Fan, AC, Geyser, Nurse call bell, Lights. Etc.

- Need to intimate the maintenance prior admitting any patient to check for all the facilities if it is in working condition.

- Protocols of waste segregation to be maintained in the wards.

- All the patients who are posted for surgery,



check all the documents are completed.

- All the doctors order needs to be follow .

- All the ward registers to be maintained regularly.

- Allocation of staff on duty needs to be made on priority basis for patient.

- Discharge documents to be completed and submit on time to MRD, any Birth or death and MLC to be submitted to MRD with in 24 Hrs.

- Any grievances among the nursing staffs to be immediately escalated to CNO and HR

- CNE classes attend regularly .

- Infection control policy and protocol to be maintained.

- In case of medication or quality error, incident report to be raised by the senior staff nurse.
