We are looking for a passionate Infrastructure & Network Engineer who enjoys solving complex networking challenges and building reliable production environments.

Position Overview As a Network Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, securing, monitoring, and maintaining our complete infrastructure. This role goes beyond basic networking—you will work with virtualization, firewalls, reverse proxies, Linux servers, security hardening, and infrastructure optimization.

You will collaborate closely with our development and DevOps teams to ensure our infrastructure remains secure, highly available, and ready to scale.

**Key Responsibilities

Network Administration**

- Configure and manage MikroTik routers.
- Design and maintain LAN, WAN, VLAN, and VPN networks.
- Configure routing, switching, NAT, DHCP, DNS, and firewall policies.




- Implement bandwidth management and Quality of Service (QoS).
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Maintain network documentation and IP address planning.

pfSense & OPNsense Administration

- Install, configure, and maintain pfSense & opnsense firewalls.
- Create and manage firewall rules and NAT policies.
- Configure VPN services (WireGuard/OpenVPN/IPsec).
- Implement IDS/IPS and security best practices.
- Monitor firewall logs and optimize security policies.
- Perform firewall hardening and regular security reviews.

BunkerWeb Administration

- Deploy and maintain BunkerWeb.
- Configure Reverse Proxy services.
- Manage Web Application Firewall (WAF) rules.
- Configure SSL/TLS certificates and Let's Encrypt.
- Implement rate limiting and security policies.
- Optimize performance and monitor web traffic.
- Troubleshoot web security and proxy-related issues.

Network Security

- Implement infrastructure hardening.
- Maintain firewall security policies.
- Configure secure remote access.
- Apply security best practices across servers and network devices.
- Assist in vulnerability mitigation and infrastructure protection.

Documentation Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for:

- Network topology

- IP address management





- Firewall configurations

- VLAN design

- Server inventory

- Recovery procedures

- Standard operating procedures (SOPs)

- Troubleshooting guides

- Daily work reports

- Infrastructure change logs
