Role Overview The NOC Analyst is responsible for proactively monitoring, managing, and supporting customer network and infrastructure environments to ensure maximum availability, performance, and operational stability. The role provides first-line operational support across network, server, cloud, and security platforms, responding to alerts, incidents, and service events in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational procedures.

What will you be doing?

- Monitor alerts, log incidents, perform initial triage and routing.
- Monitor network health dashboards and alert feeds.
- Log connectivity incidents and support tickets.
- Monitor WAN circuits and connectivity alarms.
- Log remote access incidents and escalate.
- Log DC infrastructure alerts.
- Log firewall-related incidents.
- Log and track network changes in ITSM.
- Capture automation-related incidents.
- Log connectivity incidents affecting servers or hosting platforms.
- Monitor network utilisation alerts.
- Use knowledge base and operational runbooks.




- Provide monitoring metrics and incident data.

Who are we looking for?

- Previous experience in a Network Operations Centre (NOC), Service Desk, or IT infrastructure support environment
- Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching
- Familiarity with network monitoring and alerting platforms such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Logic Monitor, Zabbix, or similar tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
