Experience: 8-12 years in enterprise applications; minimum 23 years as a Technical Lead.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Must Have: C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, React.js, REST APIs, Microservices, API Gateway, Azure Service Bus / RabbitMQ, Git.
- Nice to Have: Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps / Azure DevOps, SOAP, Entity Framework Core.
- Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of .NET and React developers to design and deliver scalable, secure enterprise applications.

- Provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, and mentor team members.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and DevOps teams on solution design, effort estimation, and sprint planning.
- Implement integration solutions using messaging technologies (Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka).
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and performance optimization.
