Role Overview :

As a .NET Technical Lead, you will serve as the primary architect and mentor for our high-performance engineering team, driving the design and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. You will work closely with product managers, cross-functional stakeholders, and senior leadership to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions. By spearheading the development lifecycle and enforcing engineering excellence, you will directly influence the reliability and performance of our platforms, ensuring we deliver seamless digital experiences to our global user base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop high-scale backend services using .NET Core and modern C# frameworks to ensure optimal system performance and maintainability.
- Lead the end-to-end design of RESTful APIs and microservices architectures, facilitating seamless integration across distributed systems.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers through rigorous code reviews and technical guidance to foster a culture of high-quality software craftsmanship.
- Optimize database interactions and complex queries using Entity Framework Core and SQL Server to enhance application throughput and data integrity.




- Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid and stable deployment cycles for mission-critical features.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET 6/7/8, and ASP.NET Core, with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming and dependency injection.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable microservices and RESTful APIs that handle high-concurrency traffic in a production setting.
- Strong proficiency in data modeling and performance tuning within SQL Server, utilizing LINQ and Entity Framework Core to manage complex data relationships efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative problem-solving sessions.
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field, combined with 7-12 years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Adaptability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and team synergy across distributed project teams.
