We are looking for experienced .NET Application Support Engineers to provide production support and maintenance for enterprise .NET applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in .NET/C#, IIS, SQL Server, application troubleshooting, incident resolution, and production support. Senior candidates should have experience handling complex production issues, REST API integrations, mentoring junior engineers, and working with SQL Server Always-On environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide production and application support for enterprise .NET/C# applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents within defined SLA timelines.
- Perform IIS administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor and support Microsoft SQL Server databases.
- Support REST API integrations and troubleshoot integration-related issues.
- Perform application monitoring, issue investigation, and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, Database,
and DevOps teams for issue resolution.
- Participate in application deployments, release validation, and post-production support.
- Maintain accurate incident documentation using ticketing tools.
- Senior engineers will mentor junior team members and lead critical incident resolution.
Required Skills
- 28 years of experience in .NET Application Support or Production Support.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework / .NET and C#.
- Experience with IIS (Internet Information Services).
- Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and enterprise application integrations.
- Experience in Incident Management and Ticket Resolution.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or similar ticketing tools.
- Positive troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
