Perform NDT inspections using UT Straight Probe, UT Angle Probe, PAUT, FPI,



and MPI methods in accordance with approved procedures and standards.

- Perform NDT inspections using UT Straight Probe, UT Angle Probe, PAUT, FPI, and MPI methods in accordance with approved procedures and standards.
- Set up, calibrate, and operate NDT equipment and instruments.
- Evaluate inspection results and identify defects, discontinuities, and non-conformities.
- Interpret and record inspection data accurately and prepare inspection reports.
- Ensure compliance with EN4179/NAS 410 requirements and company quality procedures.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain inspection records, calibration records, and traceability documentation

Candidate skills & requirements

- Proficient in UT Straight Beam and Angle Beam flaw detection techniques.
- Knowledge of PAUT scanning, data acquisition, and interpretation.
- Experience with FPI and MPI inspection processes and defect evaluation.
- Familiarity with aerospace and industrial standards, including EN4179, NAS 410, ASTM, ASME, and customer specifications.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and inspection procedures.
- Good understanding of material properties, and defect characterization.
