Job Description
Responsibilities Lead HRO (HRIS, TA, Benefits, Contact Center, Pre Boarding, Payroll Services etc) service delivery for Banking & Capital Market (BCM) clients, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements. Act as a subject matter expert in Skilled Services HRO processes including people management & HRO reporting. Partner with client CHRO, People MD and Directors, PBPs and senior finance stakeholders to identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
