We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan,
execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels. The role
focuses on driving traffic, generating qualified leads, and improving campaign
performance through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM,
paid media, social, email, and emerging AI-driven discovery channels
(AEO/GEO)
* Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) to maximize
ROI
* Leverage AI tools for campaign optimization, keyword research, content, and
audience targeting.
* Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like GA4, Power
BI, or similar
* Collaborate with content and creative teams to deliver high-impact marketing
assets
* Improve website performance through SEO/AEO/GEO, CRO, and user experience
enhancements
* Manage lead generation funnels and support pipeline creation and progression
* Ensure alignment with business unit goals and marketing objectives

Required Skills & Qualifications:





* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
* 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
* Robust understanding of SEO/AEO/GEO, SEM, paid media, and analytics tools
(GA4, Google Ads), knowledge of Google Tag Manager
* Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation
platforms
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

* Experience with CMS platforms (Sitecore, AEM, WordPress)
* Knowledge of B2B marketing and lead lifecycle management
* Familiarity with tools like Jira, Power Automate.
* Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity,
decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate
must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate
