About the Role
We are looking for a Content & Communications Specialist to create clear, compelling, and technically accurate content across Agivant’s internal and external communication channels.
This is a hands-on individual-contributor role that brings together technical writing, content and communications, and business-oriented storytelling. You will work closely with the Marketing Lead, engineers, architects, subject-matter experts, sales teams, business leaders, and designers to translate technical and business inputs into structured, engaging, and publish-ready content.
The ideal candidate will have robust writing and editorial skills, prior experience in the IT services industry, and the ability to communicate technology concepts, business value, and organizational messages effectively to different audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Writing
• Write and edit technical blogs, solution briefs, case studies, points of view, whitepapers, presentations, and service-related content.
• Work with engineers, architects, delivery teams,



and subject-matter experts to understand technical concepts and convert their inputs into clear and accurate content.
• Simplify technology topics across AI, cloud, data, SaaS, and digital engineering for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure technical terminology, solution descriptions, capabilities, and claims are accurate and validated before publication.
Content & Communications
• Create and edit website copy, LinkedIn content, newsletters, campaign content, partnership announcements, and company updates.
• Draft internal communication, including leadership messages, employee announcements, employer-branding content, and event communication.
• Maintain Agivant’s established brand voice, messaging, tone, and editorial standards across internal and external channels.
• Own and execute the content calendar by tracking deliverables, coordinating inputs, managing reviews and approvals, and ensuring timely publishing
