As part of our ongoing digital transformation, our group (~5,000 employees) is strengthening its Information Systems Department. We are looking for a Junior Project Manager with a solid interest in data and artificial intelligence to orchestrate structured and innovative internal IS projects.

Responsibilities
You will join a cross-functional project team within the IS Department. Your scope of action covers all the group's business domains: Marketing, Finance, HR, R&D;, Services...
On a daily basis, you will bridge the gap between business departments, internal technical teams, and external service providers. You will operate in an international and multicultural environment, requiring regular collaboration with teams based abroad. Therefore, fluency in English is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager,



you will actively participate in the entire lifecycle of IS projects with a Data & AI focus:
Scoping & Analysis: Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements through the drafting of functional specifications, user stories, or business requirement documents.
Project Delivery: Ensure the operational tracking of schedules, milestones, and deliverables in coordination with technical experts and external partners.
Data Valuation: Contribute to data governance efforts and participate in deploying new analysis and reporting tools for end-users.
Innovation & AI: Proactively suggest ways to integrate Artificial Intelligence and automation solutions into core business processes.
Change Management: Support end-users in adopting new solutions by creating documentation and organizing info-sessions or training.
