What you will do

The SAP Basis Principal Consultant is responsible for leading the planning, implementation, configuration, administration, and optimization of SAP technical landscapes.



The role involves providing deep technical expertise, guiding junior consultants, ensuring system stability, and driving high-quality delivery across SAP environments.​
Key Responsibilities
1. System Administration & Operations

Manage SAP system installations, upgrades, migrations, and patches (ABAP, Java, HANA, S/4HANA, Solution Manager).
Perform system copies, refreshes, backups, and restore operations.
Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and regular health checks of SAP systems.

2. Technical Leadership

Serve as the SME for SAP Basis and lead complex technical activities.
Mentor and guide Basis consultants and support teams.
Provide technical governance, best practices, and process improvements.

3. Security & User Management

Manage SAP authorizations, roles, and user administration.
Coordinate with Security teams for compliance and audit readiness.
Implement and monitor SAP Router, SSL/TLS, SSO,
