Education And Qualifications

Qualified candidates for the position of MTSS Coordinator & Coach:

Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree preferred.
Five or more years of successful classroom teaching experience.
Administrative certification preferred.
Knowledge of MTSS Framework and Experience with creating MTSS systems.
Experience leading school improvement and/or instructional coaching in a K-12 educational setting.
Leadership Experience with managing projects and/or initiatives; creating and conducting professional learning activities.
Possess exceptional verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of best practices for instructional strategies.
Evidence of a strong sense of honesty and integrity.




Possess robust organizational skills including the ability to be detail oriented.
Promote effective relationships with all stakeholders.

Job Summary

The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include the following:

Oversee the implementation of and monitoring of MTSS.
Provide support in developing and using effective data-driven processes to identify student needs and track interventions.
Collaborate with educators to implement academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions.
Identify, implement, & monitor evidence-based practices and strategies to support student success.
Facilitate collaborative teams to align curriculum, assessment, & instruction w/ MTSS Framework.
Provide ongoing coaching/consultation to educators on data interpretation & intervention planning.
Analyze district-wide data to identify trends, monitor student progress, and evaluate program effectiveness.
Manage budgets and resources related to curriculum develo
