Armed with diverse capabilities and a higher purpose, Defence Executive Officers and their military counterparts are integral in supporting the defence of our nation in their own way.
Our organisation
The mission of MINDEF and the Singapore Armed Forces is to enhance Singapore's peace and security through deterrence and diplomacy, and should these fail, to secure a swift and decisive victory over the aggressor.
Integral to MINDEF, the DXO scheme enables you to contribute towards Singapore's security as a non-uniformed defence qualified. This is an empowering and rewarding career that lets you defend our nation according to your interest and ability.
