Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and delivery of AI-powered products and platforms.

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), intelligent agents, and cloud-native architectures to deliver scalable business outcomes.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and execution plans.
Guide architecture decisions and engineering best practices for cloud-native applications.
Partner with Product, AI/ML, UX, and business stakeholders to align priorities and drive outcomes.
Manage development roadmaps, sprint execution, releases, and technical delivery.
Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams while fostering innovation and accountability.
Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance, and governance requirements.
Drive adoption of emerging AI technologies, including Generative AI and intelligent automation.
Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership.
