Missions/Main Duties
Provide overall leadership and direction for the Employment Zone Project.
Develop and implement project strategies aligned with organizational and government objectives.
Establish governance frameworks, policies, and operational guidelines for project execution.
Monitor project financial performance and resource utilization.
Review project budgets, financial models, and investment proposals.
Lead multidisciplinary teams comprising project managers, planners, engineers, consultants, and support staff.
