Job Responsibilities:
The OCM Coordinator provides coordination and execution support across Organizational Change Management initiatives.



This role supports the OCM team by preparing and coordinating change communications, managing scheduling and logistics, maintaining trackers, and supporting day-to-day delivery activities—enabling Change Management Specialists to focus on strategy, stakeholder alignment, and adoption.

This role does not own change strategy or stakeholder engagement but plays a key role in ensuring consistent, timely, and high-quality execution of change activities across initiatives and is an important part of the overall change management team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and format OCM communications (emails, presentations, one-pagers, intranet content) based on approved messaging
Coordinate reviews, approvals, and distribution of change communications
Schedule training sessions, town halls, workshops, and engagement activities
Manage meeting logistics, invitations, materials, attendance tracking, and follow-ups
Maintain OCM trackers
