Job Summary
KBR is seeking a Payroll Specialist – Payroll Banking Administrator to support global payroll banking operations across the Middle East, Asia Pacific, United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada. This role is responsible for coordinating payroll disbursements, managing payroll funding activities, ensuring banking and regulatory compliance and supporting treasury-related cash flow processes.
Key Responsibilities
Support payroll banking operations across the Middle East, Asia Pacific, United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada.
Manage payroll payment processing, funding activities and salary disbursements to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Respond to employee payment inquiries and collaborate with banking partners to resolve payroll and compliance-related issues.
Assist with payroll funding, cash flow analysis and treasury reporting activities.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal controls and country-specific payroll requirements.
Resolve operational issues by applying established payroll banking procedures and best practices.
Collaborate with Payroll, Treasury, Finance and banking stakeholders to support seamless payroll operations.
Drive process improvements, maintain accurate documentation and support audit requirements.
Build multi-country payroll expertise through cross-training and contribute to operational efficiency and business continuity.
Required Experience
Minimum 3–4 years of experience managing payroll disbursements and banking transactions in a corporate setting.
