360Eye is a 3D/4D Virtual Tour platform that helps real estate businesses showcase and market properties through immersive digital experiences. It acts as a one-stop visual marketing solution for developers, brokers and channel partners—helping them present projects more effectively, engage buyers and improve sales conversations.
The Role
We are looking for an energetic, well-connected Sales Executive who understands the local real estate market and enjoys meeting clients in person.
You will take 360Eye to the market by scheduling and conducting offline meetings, presenting the software, building partnerships and converting real estate businesses into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach real estate developers, land developers, channel partners, mandate partners, brokers and marketing agencies.
Schedule and conduct multiple face-to-face meetings every week.
Demonstrate 360Eye’s 3D/4D Virtual Tour platform and explain its business value.
Understand each prospect’s marketing challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials and close deals.
Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Attend property exhibitions, networking events and industry meetings.
Maintain accurate records of meetings, follow-ups and sales progress.
Share market feedback to help improve the product and sales strategy.
Achieve monthly meeting, pipeline and revenue targets.
Who We’re Looking For
2–5 years of sales or business development experience in the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of developers, brokers, channel partners and mandate sales networks.
Existing relationships within the local real estate market are highly preferred.
Confident in conducting in-person meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
Energetic, persuasive and comfortable with field sales.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building
