About The Role
We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Marketing Performance Manager to lead and optimize our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in SEO, account growth, and performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels.
Drive organic growth through effective SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Manage and scale digital accounts to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI through continuous analysis.
Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and present actionable insights.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website performance audits.
Collaborate with content, design, product,
and development teams to execute marketing initiatives.
Identify growth opportunities and implement data-backed marketing strategies.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and search engine algorithm updates.
Required Skills
3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing. (MUST)
Strong expertise in SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO).
Experience in account growth/account boosting and digital campaign optimization.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent understanding of conversion optimization and marketing funnels.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
